By our calculation, this is one hot scope! Engineered with revolutionary bullet-drop technology, .17 Hot Magnum scopes will make you an extreme performer when it comes to .17 Magnum rimfire shooting. To provide extreme accuracy for the .17 Magnum rimfire caliber, the scope’s elevation knob is precisely calculated to compensate for the elliptical drop of the .17 Magnum rimfire with a 17 grain bullet. Features like high density optical glass for crisp edge-to-edge clarity, multi-coated optics for brighter viewing and adjustable objective for parallax correction, this scope is unbeatable.

Rating:5 of 5 - Excellent
Pros:Great value in a full featured scope. I installed it on my .17 hmr Savage heavy barrel rifle and it performed like combinations costing many times more. I'm shooting 3/4" groups at 200yards. It works so well I've bought another scope for my 22cal heavy barrel match BRNO.
Cons:
Comments: I'd read negative reports on these scopes but attribute them to faulty and/or inexperienced instalations. You can't just bolt them on the gun and zero using the windage and elevation adjustments. You need to use a good mounting ring like Burris Signature that allows you to get on target BEFORE you start fine tuning with the turret adjustments.
