Varmint scopes typically feature an extra large objective lens --- from 40mm up to 60mm --- providing 18%-20% more light transmission. While most scopes typically have ¼" windage and elevation stops, an ideal varmint scope is equipped with easy-grip target turret knobs as well as finger-adjustable windage and elevation knobs with crisp, repeatable 1/8" M.O.A to provide twice the precision for the most demanding varmint hunters in the world!
